
ORGANISATION'S ORGANOGRAM
The institution has five main departments namely, Town Clerk, Engineering, Housing and Community services, Finance and Chamber Secretary’s department.
These departments work hand in glove in order for the organization to render sustainable service delivery to the residents
TOWN CLERK

Directs, supervises, appraises, develops and reports on the work and conduct of all employees of Council and take appropriate measures to ensure efficiency, and discipline among all Council employees. Prepares and institutes appropriate timetables, schedules, charts, programmes and instructions in order to facilitate efficient and fluid implementation of council programmes and activities and monitor the same to ensure unfavourable variances are identified and corrective action taken timeously.
This department is headed by the Municipality’s CEO (Town Clerk) and it encompasses four sub-departments which are Human Resources, internal audit, systems administration and economic development.
